And they're moving ours bit by bit to another city (Sunderland) next to us that makes it harder to get to for people here and surrounding areas

40 miles might be ok (for those who have transport) and don't need an emergency. I don't have short notice transport to Sunderland and if I have an emergency who do I call on?
