The one thing I will say puzzles me about some of his supporters is how they will not condemn or disapprove of anything he does....They either find it amusing,ignore it , excuse it or lay blame elsewhere

I'm not sure that's exclusive to JJ supporters tbh. That's a common theme across all BB's and all housemates. (there are always exceptions of course)To be fair.....many of the JJ supporters on here rarely comment on anything he does, good or bad. It hasn't seemed worth the bother for a while now.

Peter I have sat watching him saying Ben stop,and I have no qualms saying that here or anywhere,he is as he is with them all....I suppose my dislike of JJ is exasperated more simply because he targets certain HM's,if he were as volatile with everyone ,as overbearing with everyone,as aggressive with anyone well I'd just hope he'd learn and modify his behaviour...The fact he can keep it in check with some HM's indicates he is in full control choosing when and who will the brunt and always laying blame on the other person.

My apologies, Lee - I just realised that I'd tarred all Ben supporters with the same brush, which wasn't my intention or my point.
I can see why some would like him, but stand by my assertion that he would have been just another Kris or Dale type in any other year, with a following on Facebook and Bebo but no real support on the forums or with the wider public.

Are you serious? On DS's week 5 poll him and Ben were far and away the two most popular house mates, Ben 1st JJ second. He Beat Nathan (Not a particularly unpopular or despised housemate) in the eviction by 89%-11% share. His popularity seems to be everywhere except on here.

I am well aware of it, I am just saying that I feel there has been a big shift in the people now on forums(apart from this one
) and perhaps in the wider voting public over the last year. I feel that J.J would not have been as popular a few years ago.Perhaps the fact that this is the last BB has brought in the much younger audience that BB has been chasing for years (rather than being stuck with us lot
