Because hes an attention seeking fool at the moment and people will see it as a "poor Siavash, he really isnt coping to well"

He says he wants to take himself out of the game, But he has no idea how popular he is and I am sure BB will persuade him to nominate!!

I think people have underestimated how much he really was falling for Noirin... it was a big blow when issac arrived..

Walking would hurt his pride.
His self pitying routine is annoying now, plus putting himself up for nomination wouldn't work anyway because he would be kept in obviously and I bet he's secretly confident he would be kept in it's just that he doesn't want to sail through to the end without not being up. Noirin has obviously knocked his confidence and is kind of an ego blow, hope he picks himself up

he's got some foolish notion about 'putting himself up every week' thinking it actually means something noble. HELLOOOO!! You're on Big Brother!! It's NOT NOBLE!!
He seems to think that ideally everyone should be up each week so that the public really get to decide, so is trying to put himself on the line (maybe he thinks this will give him some immunity from eviction by the public). What he seems to miss though is that his not voting could easily tip the balance of power in the house and lead to some of those hes closest to being evicted!

I've lost a lot of respect for him. He fell for a maneater, forgetting his girlfriend in the process, and then when he was showed up, instead of coming back stronger, he has deflated and given up.

I think BB will punish him in other ways and it could affect all of the other housemates, I loved Siavash until the Noirin thing
