Why is it suddenly a problem for JJ when housemates discuss "the programme"?

All the times he's sat in the bathroom with Josie and Caoimhe speculating about who has a game plan and who is keeping it real. It didn't seem to be a problem then, but suddenly it's a massive no-go area if Ben mentions it.

I can tell you that I have only tried a McDonalds Shake once and I almost puked. It's like a mixture of ice cream and plastic...

Now, their Hot Chocolate drinks on the other hand are yummy.
