I agree, but in this specific instance, suspected nomination influencing versus refusing to nominate, are two completely different classes of rule break.

Marcus's rule break would typically earn him 6 hours in jail. Siavash was told that his rule break will result in a punishment for all housemates.

Yet when the announcement was made, BB said because of Marcus and Siavash....
