I suppose from an insiders point of view, you need someone to be in charge of the running of the kitchen / food etc  ..... and it is clearly Vinnie in this house.

I don't know why has escaped nomination ? .... They obviously feel differently about him on the inside than we do on the outside.

I think they admire him FOR cleaning the kitchen, cooking the meals, feeding the birds, making sure everyone is fed for the week  etc (hardly hard-man ex footballer stuff) AND - he says EXACTLY what the rest of them are thinking.... SO... good on u Vinnie

I am amazed that someone hasn't had enough of his dictatorship and felt it necessary to nominate him at all yet.
The first time I could understand - there were far more deserving people but since then he has become unbearably dominineering IMO

No surprise. They challenged her. I'm not sure I put much credence in Sov's judgment though.

Its a mystery to me considering how controlling he is.
You would think that he would annoy at least somebody in there.
Maybe they  think he is loved by the public and are scared of nominating him for fear of turning the public against whoever has the gall to vote against him.

I think this must be it. Originally I believe they all liked him, but now they're scared of being first to stick their heads above the parapet. He has told them more than once he's the bookies' favourite. Wonder if he still is?

He uses status as a weapon to gain control and respect.

 Status is obviously VERY important to him. Probably because deep down, he's afraid he's still just a building site hod carrier, no matter how many houses in Beverly Hills he owns.
Some people use status to help others - but only if their self-esteem is high to begin with. His isn't, so he uses it to become a tyrant.
