Why does KIRK not get the message that GEORGIA is not interested in him?

Is Kirk thick or dumb? Or just so obnoxious and full of himself that he can't fathom why any woman would not want him? It is 100% blatantly OBVIOUS that Georgia has NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in him. He is starting to look desperate now and it's embarrassing. Is he just not used to hearing the word 'no?' because the girls he hangs around with are usually thick vacuous bimbos with one brain cell between them all who fawn over him?

OMG, it's SO uncomfortable and embarrassing watching him: crawling over her like a dirty old man. I feel sorry for her actually. When someone won't stop letching over you, it's so uncomfortable and awkward. Get the message A-hole. SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU!

If this were a workplace, he would have been cautioned for sexual harassment by now. What a creep.
