In all fairness to Josie, she did eventually say that he hadn't used those exact words but had said 'she had a fit body'.

I suppose so, Lee. If Josie can keep deluding herself that JJ1 sees her as anything other than a mummy substitute, she can probably kid herself into thinking JJ2 is smitten with poor Corin.

He said that she had an 'amazing body', but wasn't his 'type'.

She could have translated that as 'nice tits, shame about the boat race', but let her down gently!

Corin is a bit harsh though - I kinda go 'ooooh ouch' when I hear her speak. That voice would crack Mount Etna if she was close.

Letting her down gently would have been being honest - that's she's fit, but not his type. If he'd said Corin was a hideous munter, I'd understand Josie wanting to spare her feelings, but he didn't say anything awful. Now it's more cruel to let her go on thinking she has a chance.

can just imagine JJ and JJ1 falling out of nightclubs with 'the Saturdays' and Corin and Josie running after them down the street

Well, she did let her know that JJ is too much of a wimp to put up with a woman who stands up for herself, so I don't think Corin will carry on thinking she's got a chance.

 Then on to a party with JLS - with Josie's and Corin's faces pressed up against the window outside..

I dont think Josie did anything wrong by saying JJ thought she was gorgeous when Corin kept asking did he say that, Josie then said not in them words he said you were fit, she also told her that JJ  did not like the side of her when she spat out at Sam and he did not fancy her she was very honest.

Not quite the same thing as "Corin is gorgeous"

Josie was exaggerating, but changed her tune a bit under questioning! Corin was still under the impression that shouting at Sam had blown it for her though, rather than J.J 2 just not liking her.
