I rather thought he left the bedroom because Charlie came in and asked who had laughed and other people were sleeping.
I wouldn't have stayed in bed either, but wouldn't have waited until the person in question was in tears before I did get up - first mention would have been enough. His timing leaves a lot to be desired.

Just a thought after watching it again tonight. Did Marcus engineer it all in that BB brain of his. He told Freddie to go back to bed so he wouldn't look stupid. Freddie did what he was told despite being told by Charli to go to bed as well.

Freddie had been in bed from the start of the live feed, Bea banged on about Freddie for a couple of hours ,the only time she shut her stupid mouth was when she was STEALING the guys cider from under the bed he was sleeping in.

I watched it live, and she harped on and on and on (loudly) about Freddie being this and that. The HL's showed a tiny portion of the conversation.

I think Freddie is well capable of defending himself as seen in the past. In the highlights though Marcus was doing a good job of defending Freddie by just keeping a calm voice and demeanour. Didn't seem a need for Freddie to suddenly come out like that.
