Why can't they face it - BB got one over on them?
John James & the vindictive Monk can't let it drop and accept they were fooled by a very obvious TOT task, instead they are trying to deflect everything onto Ben.

the evil monk has a nature all of his own ive never seen anything so nasty before, they were totally fooled by bb, and have been told theres no eviction no other house, ben said right at the start he thinks its all a tot task but he was knocked back and told he was wrong. dave and john james cant be wrong so its easier to target ben and make him out to be the villian again

Even if that were true, it is still always Crab Eyes having a pop at Ben, with Dave (Ben's supposed mate) never too far away giving the pot a quick stir.
