Everyone got pizzas and Sunshine got some extra crisps (as part of her Vegan diet), she stored the crisps away as was saving them for the next day when they get bread so they could all have crisp sandwiches.

Carving Knife told Scabby, who went and told Igloo and that hairy guy. Then they went to the smoking area and told Josie Gummage and Corny who ALL (including Corny) proceeded to slag her off calling her selfish.

The other HMs are continually helping themselves to Sunshine's vegan supplies and/or expecting her to share. It was the "sharing" of her crisps that started an earlier row between Sunshine and Ben (although he was by no means the only culprit that time either.)

My son adds crisps to his ham sandwiches in school. I thought he was just odd that way.

gawd, when they were discussing having fags 'because sunshine gets her vegan stuff' as justification,she doesn't get her vegan AND  some thing else. feckin miserable lot.

I have a theory that Sunshine's veganism and only eating crisp sandwiches and her determination to try to control when the crisps are eaten is part of the way she dealt with her eating disorder. She can see how many calories are in a packet of crisps so she limits her consumption of everything else she eats.

Big Brother must be scared that if they don't provide her with crisps, Sunshine may have a relapse, and they can't risk that.

Oooh, its all kicked off now!! Sunshine's just offered her crisps to the housemates and it hasn't gone down well.

Sunshine offered some HM's a share of her crisps according to Scabby,the HM's she felt care about her ,needless to say Scabby is not happy.

When she happily shares her fags with Ben I'll empathise more....

*Faints* Empathise with Scabby?....Cariad is that humanly possible?.

I heard Shabby say when they were making the shopping list that she thinks of Sunshine's vegan products as luxuries!  I don't however believe Shabby attaches the same label to her cigarettes nor I doubt would alcohol be considered a luxury.

Truthfully I don't think Sunshine is a 'real' vegan.  She seems to pick and choose certain aspects to follow.  I think this has more to do with her having an eating disorder (I don't think she's really overcome it yet) and not liking certain food (imoho).  She certainly wouldn't be drinking wine if she were vegan as all the vegan's I know are too afraid of containments in wine, so will only drink approved vegan wine.

However, for whatever reasons BB gave her the crisps, there are hers to do with as she pleases not as Shabby wants.  I think Ife was right when she said that BB were playing with them by putting Sunshine on the crisps.  Steve has also stated that Sunshine wants to wait until they have bread to have crisp butties to no avail, although it makes sense.  Perhaps they'll see the light tomorrow when they tuck into their butties

What the other HMs are forgetting (or choosing to ignore...) is that they were vegan crisps. When they get snack foods, Sunshine is rarely able to share in them, and she can't usually help herself to leftovers like the other HMs: hence BB giving her crisps for herself.


Also: there was a huge difference between Sunshine's pizzas and what the other HMs got. Theirs were loaded with cheese and meat, while hers were extremely basic. As Ben and Steve pointed out, they were little more than bread with tomato paste - nothing like the calorie content the others were getting. She would need the crisps to boost that up...

She shared one of her pizza with the others and said she was keeping the crisps until the next day and would share them with the others to have crisp sandwiches,until Josie had a go at her Sunshine then said she did not want them and they could have them...

I think BB are clearly worried about Sunshine and her 'pickiness' with food. I got the impression that she more or less lived on crisp sandwiches! There was some comment tonight about her looking almost transparent and then she seemed to be languishing all day.

In all honesty - if someone has that much of an issue with food (and I don't think it's anything to do with Veganism) they really shouldn't be accepted onto the show. Playing with the food budget is a key part of BB. Surely if she's a Vegan she'd have been delighted with Chick Peas, Rice and lentils? She obviously (IMO) simply has issues with food and calling herself a Vegan makes it more acceptable.

I think we could see Sunshine as the next one to be *picked* on and when they nominate her it will probably cos she has crisps!!!

I don't have issues with food but ..............Crisps are my weakness like a lot of women adore chocolate. I have to put my hands up and say .................I'd have been sooooooooooooooooooooo jealous that she got crisps.

Surely if they all stopped buying meat in their budget, they could have enough fags and crisps to fill the swimming pool

They had all their food taken away and were given mostly vegan food, which didn't suit poor Sunshine!

I get the impression that no matter what Sunshine got, Shabby and Keeva (and josie) would have wanted it. I have never seen such childish behaviour from so-called adults.

It's all about power and control. Does anyone really believe that if Shabby or Caoimhe had been in the same situation, they would have shared (other than with themselves)?
Indeed, if it had been any other HM - with the possible exception of Ben - there wouldn't have been anything like this amount of fuss from the others. There's a pecking order in the house amongst the girls, and Sunshine's at the bottom of it. Because of that, the others think they're perfectly entitled to tell her what to do, and expect her to do it.

now that is a very astute point.

Bang on Eugene.....and the likes of Keeva and Josie are doing their best to enforce it...using Shabby's big gob to do their dirty work

I've just eaten a packet of crisps and I didn't offer Scabby any, nor would I. What is their problem? Her 'vegan stuff' is the equivalent to their food - are they saying their own grub is a luxury extra?
They won't fade away and die if they don't have fags, but she'd starve without her food. Her vegan pizzas were way smaller than theirs (but she still shared them) and obviously lower in calories without cheese, so the crisps were just to bump up the calorie content for her, after a few days of the rations punishment.
She should have told them all to go to hell!
