My brother was 16 and 1/2 when he got his girlfriend pregnant, she was 15, they went onto get married and have another child!!! A paedophile isn't someone that sleeps with someone after meeting them in a club, where you could logically assume they are over 18, only to later discover they are much younger.

A paedophile is someone who has an inherent sexual desire to sleep with children.

So you can say he had sex with a minor, but that doesn't make him a paedophile.

As you can see, meeting her in a nightclub, you may assume that she is a lot older.
She also admits that she wasn't a virgin, so wouldn't have given any clues in that sense.

Disagree with that. I lost my virginity through choice at that age. He didn't know how old I was. Does not make him, or Sisqo, or any man in that position a rapist. A rapist is someone who has sex with another through force. Where it is not consensual. Rapist is not a term to be used that loosely.

I believe that British Law states that someone over 16 who has sex with someone under 16 is statutory rape.....if someone reports them for doing 'it'

I haven't a clue what Swiss law says, but under no legal definition is Sisquo a paedo, so he can't  be judged as one.
