Depends who she is telling to clean up.
That's how the gender divide came about. Women have about 30 seconds less tolerance to a dirty floor or a pile of dishes than men. It's a DNA thing. Very useful if you're a man, not so much if you're a woman.

There are some of them who do cleaning, Marcus for example but Noirin only bosses about people she doesn't like.

And there have been a few housemates who cook and clean apart from her.
