The Tories are sending letters praising the independant old fashioned left wing socialist candidate to old fashioned left wing socialists such as m'wife and m'self and also have posters in their fields. An obvious attempt to split the Labour vote.

I think you can re vote El Loro, i.e. change your mind, but if you do, your earlier vote is discounted

voted, reluctantly for Labour,they have been FAR from the Labour party I would want, and I am FAR from happy with them,

GJ, you will be delighted to learn that if you see what happens to the results on this BBC page. If you move the arrows around on the left pie chart so that Conservatives have 13%, Labour 50%, Liberal Democrats 15%, Other 22% (this thread's results at the time of this post), you get the following results.Conservatives 23 seats, Labour 536, Liberal Democrats 62, Other 29.
Now that would be a really sensational result.

and the tories didn't fiddle the figures after 18 years? The literally tore industries apart, devastated counties and those jobs we'll never get back.
Now what are we going to have, people made to take cleaners jobs that may be qualified for teaching, pension ages going up because it's cheaper to keep young people on the dole than help pensioners out. Us made to pay for the NI hike, instead of the fat cats helping out, I can't wait for Cameron's next bright idea!

My mam said she was driving to Sunderland the other day and passed a field with huge posters in from the main parties... the tory ones had been slashed
The mess we are in now is global,pure greed by bankers etc,taking risks etc.Yet they still award themselves huge bonuses, taxpayers money.The Tories seem pretty quieyt about that.Lots of their pals and backers involved.Oh but no it's the unemployeds fault lets get them!

Labour inherited a empty pot, everything we had was sold off and not a pot to piss in when they went out of government. This is a global recession that's hit us, unlike the three recessions we had in the last tory stint.
