My bereavement counsellor Linda I see on a friday morn told me a good thing ....
everyones emotions are different ,
you have lost someone that meant the whole world to you an its perfectly natural to grief it will never leave you,
and you wont ever forget all that love you had for each other,
you will feel anger ,numbness, anxiety....its ok after your loss and you need to do this and let it all flood out...

Yep, and it is up to us all to give out good times to be remembered by
On the outside you pretend everything is fine, but in the inside is where the emotion lies within....
My daddy. He died over 35 years ago after an illness lasting 7 years when I was 26 years old, and it still feels like yesterday.

I'm sure you're right. He was both a mother and a father to me. We were extremely close.

My son.
My husband 4 yrs ago.
My mam last November.
Life goes on but with the family chain broken you live over the top of it all and often a memory crosses your mind and causes a smile or a laugh maybe even a tear.
