We live in interesting times.
I've been reading a few bits about their sister parties in the less fashionable areas of Europe. They are open in their hostility towards the usual targets.
Of course these loony parties such as the BNP and UKIP profess to be anti-Europe and yet will find it easy to find like minded simpletons in a transnational bond.

you put a cross in the box and hope enough other people do that so they get a seat under pr and go and disrupt the euro parliment.

The BNP are an absolute disgrace and what they believe in is disgusting! Mad

They and their euro colleagues are intending to disrupt more than parliament. Have a read about their European allies.

No no! I think you out-trumped us all with your pro BNP post.

My father's generation lost a lot of people fighting to eliminate these evil people.

you see, thats the problem, i wouldnt vote for the bnp if they were the only party standing when it came to a uk election but for the euros its just so appealing.

they want to disrupt the eu parliament, which i like
they want us out of the eu as a political body, which i like
they might win seats which is a wonderful kick in the teeth for the labour party, which i like
if they do win seats it will hopefully scare enough people away from supporting the dreadful pr voting system that even the fading brown wouldnt dare to try to foist it on us, which i like
if they do get seats its in the euro parliament and means that nothing they do or say will allow them to do anything about their extreme views in our country, which i like.

make absolutely no mistake, i'm not a bnp supporter, most of their ideas and agendas frighten and disgust me in equal measure, but this time i still feel that a vote for them will be most damaging to everything i dont like (labour, pr and the european union) and that alone is worth it to me.

You may find that the national hero Churchill was behind the idea of a United Europe.

well the romans tried (and failed) the holy roman empire under the french tried (and failed), the moors tried (and failed badly), hitler tried (and failed) and now those who signed the original treaty of rome are trying (and i hope to god they fail).

we as a country voted and were persuaded to vote in favour of a european economic community, not this new eu superstate that all the peoples of europe are being railroaded into.

They may want to disrupt the EU parliament, but they have very close ties to their racist counterparts all over Europe.

Your vote will encourage a political union of a very different type to the one you seem bothered by, and I know which one scares me more!

I usually vote for the Green Party in European elections, but this time I voted for the Jury Team. We had a number of independent candidates in London, but we didn't receive any information about any of them. I couldn't bring myself to vote for any of the three main parties, and I imagine the circumstances that would ever make me consider voting for the BNP.

But like a lot of good ideas, on paper they look good, but in practice they are a disaster.
