Oh yes, I had forgotten that ,

I got banned several times ,grovelled and got back keeping my name .

It was for my language I used the word t*at !! had no idea it didn't mean eejit.

don't worry pirate, I was bad on there as well. I must have talked my way out of about 10 permanent bans. I dunno how I did it, I was like a cat with my 9 lives.

Thankfully that was my youth, I'm now much more grown up and sensible

 Loads of people got banned, meh. [I got banned and wouldn't apologise so came back with a different name]. 

 

I remember someone getting warned for talking about a fish species called pollock.

Some of the bans were pathetic like.

I once had to explain to them that there was nothing in the rules that stated that posting a Barbie & Action man sex video was against the rules.

I was convinced those mods were earning commission.

I was a sniper.

Was that in a good way or somehow . . . bad?

Considering some of the stories I heard at the time and since, I'm still amazed I never got as much as a warning. Not that I ever did anything particularly bad anyway, but there were tales of pretty indiscriminant banstick activity...

 

I had a few posts blocked for swearing (I cut-and-pasted from the BBC and other sites without proof-reading the quotes properly   ), but the most bizarre incident was when I got censored for mentioning Charley Uchea and her use of the N-word in BB8. I had posts removed (even though a C4 rep had asked me to repost them!   ) and at one point I had a post published, but with some of its text removed!
