It's more than just needing FLASH. I have Flash and can't see it either.
I have no problem seeing it on my 4 year old computer running Windows 7.
I think that there's been a hangover on the BBC site with that cyber attack which has caused some problems with their video clips.
On Firefox I found that if I refreshed Firefox on their troubleshooting information page (from Help in the menu) that I have been able to see the BBC clips.
Using IE11 on Windows 7 did not produce any errors with the BBC clips.
I'm using IE11 and windows 7. Can't get it here and get an error message when I try and get it direct from BBC Magazine pages.

I can't see it either on Win 8.1. I might try clearing my cache and cookies and stuff and logging back in
Nah, that didn't work
It's not letting me see anything on that page
I'm on Google Chrome Version 47.0.2526.106 m
Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1
