We're haveing a miserable rainy day over here in Northern Ireland and have had for a few days so enjoy the heat, it probably won't last long so get out there and do something. It would be worse if you were stuck in doors with 2 kids killing each other because they're bored!

Here its not a nice heat, very muggy and sticky so the kids would moan more as its very tiring. Hope that makes you feel better

@ Skylark, I hate that kind of heat but would just strip the kids off and chuck them in a paddling pool

Back to the weather though, yeah its very 'close' here.
Stop moaning about the rain, think of all those people who live on arid plains who have no water to drink!! Be grateful you have rain and water to grow your crops!!!
It's lovely. I'm not complaining.

We get plenty of rain throughout the Winter Autumn and Spring so surely moaning about rain in July is ok?
It's very hot but I am making the most of it..I'm sat in the garden, laptop on, music blasting, ice cold diet coke, but I tell ya the keys on this keyboard are burning my fingers

Good for you TiGi, that's what I'd love to be doing right now. I'm not too fond of the beach but when we do get great weather I like to take to the back garden or a park.

Get the paddling pool out and dip your feet while baby is splashing about (don't fogot a nice cold drink with maybe a wee dash of vodka)

I'm enjoying today because for the last couple of days in Brum it's been humid but very dull and grey and today its boooooootiful sunshine
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this weather, It could be like this EVERYDAY and I would NEVER complain,
we only get a handful of these days a year, the rest of the time it is dark grey dull cold and wet, make the most of it while you can,
