Actually I'm guilty of that  Her lips looked kind of odd to me. Something just didn't look right. Someone said that's how all west Indian women look but I've seen a lot of them and never thought any of them odd.

It wasn't meant nastily I just thought she looked like she'd had some kind job done on them. I know some women (and Pete Burns) seem to think they look really attractive with enormous lips but it doesn't work for me at all. Anyway, it seems I was wrong. It seems my short career as female surgery spotter is over 

 I don't think her mouth looks odd at all. Maybe she goes a bit heavy on the lipliner at times, but that's about it. I think she's very attractive, and nver mind all this 'for her age' rubbish either. She's 41, not 101.

Can I correct you there, I am of part West Indian heritage, my lips and the shape of them differ from Jo's purely because I have my parents genes...It's like me saying that all european men have lips like Frank Lampard's or Mick Jagger's.

Prom, I told yer in that thread, she's lovely lips but when she does her face she clags a load of shiny stuff on them, that's all it is.  When she's dolled up it's mega glossy lippy.

Prom - you plank I agree about oversized/over made-up gobs though, it's not attractive in the least. I can understand why some women with really thin lips might want to enhance them, and sometimes a LITTLE botox can really help for a better pout, but hovercraft lips are a no-go. Fake pouts look really stupid too.

'West Indian'  is a weird way to define anyone, I'd say, since people in the West Indies originate from a few African nations.

It wasn't me who said it Senora. Someone said it in reply to a thread I started about her lips looking odd. I made no comment at all about her racial origins.

I liked Nicole Kidman bright ginger with skinny lips, it suited her, blonde full lipped Nicole Kidman works about as well as a flat chested, tall Salma Hayek would.

She has had so much work done, I wouldn't be surprised if her belly button was on the side of her neck. shame - like you, I preferred her ginger, frizzy and thin-lipped, as she was in Dead Calm. Nowadays she looks totally 'Hollywood' clone.
