No idea where it is but it looks lovely
As it looks more like a lake rather than a sea, and there are hills around, could it be at one of the beaches at Lake Como?
I don't know either, but it looks a little bit like St. Thomas...
...and I want to be there...

Scotland?
Snap Baz, I was thinking Yell or maybe the west coast Mallaig area which does have stunning beaches, or even Loch Nevis.
It is in Scotland, Luskentyre beach, Isle of Harris. Well done Dame
Like most other FMs I'm thinking Scotland, but I'm veering more towards the Western Isles. (Although that's partly because I can't get Barra, with its infamous beach airport, out of my mind...)

I bloody new that view was familiar, we walked 200 miles up the west coast many years ago to Skye. I would have never have got the Isle of Harris but knew I had been/seen it before
I never knew a place like this existed in Scotland! Now I'm going to have to go back!
gorgeous photo

Lori. there are lots of places like that in Scotland, both on the mainland and the isles.
Have you ever visited the isle of Arran? It's dubbed 'Scotland in miniture'
I have not! At this rate, I'm going to have to move to Scotland.

Parts of the west coast are fed by the Gulf Stream (North Atlantic Drift) and we actually have palm trees growing naturally outdoors.
I had no idea!
