Actually, that's what the Big D is all about.  It's short for Big Deal because he makes that about everything.  You wait, he'll be here shortly and we'll be all for it and no mistake.  Even Darlo with his tasty custards. 

this thread has me PMSL. .poor iccle misunderstood wouldn't harm a fly Carotino/retsina et al... yeah right...

he spammed the place with threads about Big D.. who wouldn't react to all that especially as the original welcome thread for Big D had dropped ages ago as the account wasn't activated for a good while.. but then again he spams the place with threads about gawd knows what.. (each to their own)   

Not saying everybody behaved impeccably about the whole thing after it progressed to the point it did  but he sure started that one... he's no angel at all..   

if I was cinds husband and saw the way a lot of people behaved on here,  particularly what was aimed at him, I'd piss off pretty darn quickly never to return... we are such a welcoming lot on here. .

OK I get it, Mr Cinds is real LOL     All I was saying is that I can UNDERSTAND people having doubts if they have never met him, but I do think, as I said earlier, that Carotino ranting on like he/she did, was out of order, after all, it is POSSIBLE he may have been real after all.  And is sounds like he is, judging by what folk are saying.  Maybe he has been bopped too though as their IP address has been bopped.  Hope they come back.

So its up to Cinds to prove its her husband posting because people cant just accept that he is? Madness!!

It was a simple question as people had asked earlier if she was banned.

Why should he?  My husband registered on Ch4 during the whole Jade/Shilpa saga when you could only read the forum if you were a member.  He never posted.  If I had been banned, I would expect him to not post if I couldn't - especially as the forum, in a sense was mine.

He (Big D, Cinds' husband) only posted a few times.  Mostly it was because he would hear her howling with laughter from the next room and wonder what was making her laugh.  So he registered.

As most of us know, it takes awhile to "fit in" to the forum.  He didn't get it and didn't bother.  There are a lot of people who do that.

Well she doesn't have to prove anything trollop.  If people don't believe, that is up to them ... CInds should have ignored Carotino.  Easier said that done I know.  She will be back I am sure.

But why would people have doubts? i don't get that attitude at all.
I don't sit here thinking 'I bet so and so's husband/son/cousin/ milkman etc doesn't exist' whenever an fm mentions them.

And if I did have serious doubts about the truthfulness of an fms post I'd either ignore it or take it up with them in that thread.
I wouldn't spam the board with multiple threads having dig after dig.
And I say that as someone who got on with Carotino, to the point that I queried if it was actually him using his account during all that kerfuffle

I had no idea Cinds had got banned until I saw a post on another thread, hope she is allowed back. Did think Big D was genuine when he got here.

I am just stating my thoughts and views and opinions Suzi Q!.  That's what a message forum is for.    Obviously not everyone is going to see eye to eye.  Wouldnlt do for us all to think the same would it?

I don't know Veggie, you will have to ask the ones that DO have doubts.  OBVIOUSLY some do, or we wouldn't be having this conversation.  I simply don't know why, but some do obviously.  Some people need to accept that some people have doubts and leave it at that, or this is gonna rattle on all night, with no-one backing down.  Not everyone is going to agree with everyone else.  Why don't people accept that and move on?
