where are you planning to go on your holidays?

We are planning to go camping at some point, but the old tent is in need of some tlc. a little rip and a broken pole.

we have looked into getting a new tent. there are some really cool pod tents with lots of room. so long as it is possible for the two of us to put it up fairly easily. anyway, i don't think we will go abroad this year, but probably the lakes or scotland i think.

what about you??

we're planning a week in mull camping and a few weekends in the lakes weather permitting.

we got out tent from aldi and it does the job.

Sleeping, alot. Might go down the country for a couple of days but to sleep in my own bed will be the best holiday ever.

I already went to Cornwall at the end of May for 2 weeks....

Might try and get another week somewhere in the summer hols..

Oh and try Asda for tents...I've seen an ad for a tent, mats and sleeping bags all for about 30 quid.

I'm being forced to go to Aberdeen in November.
Nothing against Aberdeen, just the person I'm supposed to be visiting. There was a good reason I avoided her for 15 years. Now she's tracked me down and I somehow find its arranged that I'm staying with her in November

Still, maybe I can escape her and just run around Scotland on my own

I haven't had a holiday since 2001, so I think I should make the most of this one, so if I can somehow loose mad-woman, things should be good

Going on a cruise of the med to Italy, Corfu, Malta, South of France, Spain then later in the year I am going to New York for a few days and hoping to get a flight (there and back in the day) up to Niagara as I want to see the falls again. Got a couple of city weekend breaks planned to break up the year.
