I dont think she needed it and I think Freddie, being the only one there at the start may have had a slight feeling of - oh dear you really shouldnt have started that.
I think she managed very well on her own..made me laff at the end where she told him to calm down or he'll give himself a nosebleed..
Probably would have esculated further if everyone decided to jump in.

Charlie told Bea about the "intimidating" remark Ken had said about Bea, why didn't Charlie remind him of that
I think they didn't need to. And Bea didn't remind him of the remark because she didn't want to drop the others in it by revealing they told her. She was very clever about it and I understood her tactics. I think she played him well, he got well flustered and angry and obviously isn't used to being spoken to like that, especially by a woman.
He got completely Pwned!! on more than one occassion.

Bea could handle the situation on her own
It was BB at its best. She really got under the little wimps skin when she said 'Do I intimidate you' because apparently in RL he's the one doing the intimidating with the backing of his henchmen.
And when she said 'go and play with your hair'
Fantastic, put down for a so called big shot

I think they did the right think in not jumping in, but if it had got out of hand then I would've been disappointed if someone had not come to her defence. Yes, she was doing fine at that stage but if it had escalated, then I would've stepped in if I had been there
Charlie started the argument moments before by telling bea what had been said, so when she started saying something to Kenneth and he was asking where she'd had that idea from, they both stayed silent.quote:Originally posted by wandawitch:
I think they were wise not to get involved. They didn't really know what had started the argument and if they jumped in not knowing all the facts, they would've looked really stupid. They did the right thing imo.
