I don't think anyone knows for sure at the moment - we'll have to wait until C4 announce their Summer schedule.

However, the Wiki entry for BB11 does have the following interesting snippet:

"Applicants for Big Brother 11 had to be 18 by May 2010 to audition for the show, however for Series 9 and Series 10 applicants had to be 18 by June in those years. It is therefore speculated that Big Brother 11 may start on or before Sunday 30th May 2010.^"
