I'm not a MJ fan never have been. Not big on respecting people who make music generally actually. I do think however, that the respect thing is aimed at the people who did like him. We each have the right to our own opinions and I respect their right to mourn him if they feel the need.

i was shocked when i heard the news..but i wouldn't say i respected him......i don't know the fella so it hasn't affected me....i think jade's death affected me more....but that was probably cos she was a young mum and i was having treatment for abnormal cells when the news broke her cancer was terminal.....

i've been sent joke texts about mj....i haven't been insulted....some are funny...some not.....

it always happens when a celeb dies....the 'jokes' start......some find it offensive.....some don't....individual choice innit????.....

I take me hat or bandanna off when I see a funeral parade go past me...often someone I dont know.....but thats coz im a nice boi
