Just hope the servers here can cope with the added FMs when it does start... The uploading of smileys/ pics etc.. now slow things down a bit... I know hoochie was planning a webpage with links to where we have all gone. I just tried a google search though and no likely links popped up to show where we are. It is a problem, anybody got hoochie's details to find out the progress on this webpage thingie before the start of BB? Or should we try emailing Eve forums to see whether they can leave a 'breadcrumb trail'?

It really depends on what people would search on, but it is findable ..and I am working on improving the keywords for searching

That's great hoochie. One small thing though, I am sure that many people called the old forum C4 gbbf but I did not and when I googled I just put in C4 forum and your link did not appear at all. Is it possible to have the link come up for just C4 forum? Great job by the way

The way google rates stuff is related to several things and the subject is only one of them - I am finding out that Search Engine Optimisation is an art!

With something like just bb forum it's much more difficult to get to the top because there is so much out there that is on the same subject, and these additional factors that google uses to rate sites - (like links to and from other sites) determines where it appears on the search results.

I can see its far from easy hoochie and more power to your elbow for trying so hard

If it's any help ..........I always used to gain entry by Googling Channel 4 Big brother Forum ......it used to come top pf the page.

Can they not be put in as 'key' words?

I have put C4 Big Brother Forum in the meta description - but so have 3000 other website pages so the other factors I mentioned above come into play
