At least a pint of water and 2 paracetamol as I go to bed. Plenty of water through the night to stave off dehydration. On waking strong sweet (real sugar not a sweetener) tea and a full english or otherwise carb laden foodstuff.

 

And - this is very tacky bit it has to be said - I always feel loads better after my first hangover poo.
