In mine, I have.....

a third of a loaf of toastie bread, and some spread, and a lock and lock box with some lettuce in and a box with eye drops in. And in the door I have....one and a half small bottles of milk, half a jar of red pesto sauce a half a jar of beetroot and a half a jar of Hellmans

I forgot the jam and mustard, as well as a tube of tomato puree and a packet of ham. On top of the fridge, I have a bunch of free range eggs. Am I the only person who believes that eggs should not go in the fridge?

I didn't look in my fridge tonight, but I have to be on the ball when my carers come in the morning and evening. I have to be able to say where things are, it's a drag really, but as my arm gets better, I do much more for myself. I just remember my mum telling me that eggs have to be room temperature, especially if you boil them. They last for ages anyway in my experience.

Cos it changes the cooking of them somehow. I believe they're sposed to be at room temp, but don't quote me on that

When I think of it my mum had a big wally white Hen thing that she kept her eggs in.
