From what was said in the garden ..... Kris and Sophie were called to the diary room and given the same punishment as Charlie.
There is some debate as to wether Kris said hmmmmm and Charlie said that Kris was humming earlier, Karly said that too. Charlie then told Kris to stop as he failed for doing the same.
They ALL seemed to be worried about Sophie so i'm not sure if she has already broke the rule or not. They may only be worried about her incase she fails,as they say she'll be hated on the outside by all the girl's jealous of her being with Kris. Whewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
