Tonight I'll be having melon cocktail, turkey and all the trimmings and profiteroles with copious amounts of vodka and maybe even a wee dance
Have a lovely time I have to wait till January for my similar evening - then we get two close to each other
It's one of those party nights with a few seperate groups going. I just found out we're sharing it with some firemen

I hate Fridays
food shopping day and fed up thinking what to have for dinner - hate cooking after I have had the hastle of the supermarket - hate starting on the food I have just bought - I am like a squirrel and just want to hoard it
left overs today - curry and pizza to clear up

If it's Friday, it must be cottage pie.

Thurs is food shopping day with us Mrs H and I hate it. I never get the mother and baby parking which means I have to park miles down the end of the car park where no one will park beside me so I can get Finn in and out and then I have to battle for a dry baby trolley, which is always near the end, then I have to put all the shopping away when I get home.....ugggh I hate thursdays
As for dinner...we're going to Mr Temps' Chrimbo party tonight so I plan to stuff my face with some delightful Thai Food dish and as Finn is staying in his nan's tonight...we'll doubtless enjoy a few tipples! Yes I said TIPPLES

have a lovely time - sounds good except the food - I am a real plain Jane when it comes to food but do enjoy cooking different varietes for the others
I like to shop on Thursdays but havnt managed to for a few weeks - am waiting to go soon when it will be a bit quiter as the Mums have to be gone for the school run - never shop mornings for that reason - did that enough when mine was at school

I havnt ben very adventurous with the soup yet - I did manage quite a nice thick and creamy veg one - and a chicken and leek but need to wider the choice Reference: Mrs H

We have had it for the past 3 weeks. I do tend to get stuck in a rut with meals, but today I only had ingredients for that, and couldn't go out as I had to wait in for a parcel delivery (which still hasn't arrived). Occasionally I like to try and expand my repertoire, but it's sometimes hard to find something that everyone will eat.
I had chicken and bacon salad for lunch and will have a bowl of muesli for tea
I had stewing steak whicjh I cooked the arse off all day, mash, and assorted vegetables.
To follow I had a type of Eton strawberry mess. Except it were made with pommegranates, live yoghourt, and a Whitby home made scone.

Mr Blizz has gone shopping for steak and chips, so he'll probably come home with fish.
Ok trying to get back a little normality
sausage sarnies for lunch and a slow cooker full of beef stew and herbie dumplins for later
anyone still eating turkey ?
