hang nails hurt like hell!

(they are when you get a bit of hard skin up the side of your nail... they get sore & short of biting them & ripping them up the side of the nail they are a bitch to get rid of)

that said...  I'd go for the hang nail over the stuff.

I voted headache, I don't like headaches & I have had the odd belter of a headache, but I have thankfully never had a migraine, so they are the lesser of all evils for me. 

I get migraine, used to get them loads, but been less frequent lately...I also got these cluster headaches which are really scary....I landed up having brain scans and stuff over them, they were that painfull.

hang nails does hurt a bit, but I'd go with that over all the above too!!

oooh..  I have heard of cluster headaches...  

I am v v thankful I've never had them or migraines...    people I know that suffer them are completely debilitated by them 

Sickness and the runs, coz when i have it, it would last only about 12 to 14 hours.  Other complaints you listed would last longer...Apart from that, when I have the shits  and the pukeys, I lose about half a stone!

Headache...... in fact anything rather than sickness or nausea

I went for other...I would rather have a paper cut...
