It's just Josie playing a game, is it?
Not at all Blizzie  - i guess the heading reflected my initial thinking,
and i kind of hoped for consistency in their argumentative stances with each other.
But with all the on/off, hot 'n' cold stuff - pfffft! It can weaken and contradict debate.
Hence the OP included "HMs and their games".

I think they just have a genuine friendship, which goes to pot every time he tries to argue with her, or starts on another housemate.
She hates arguments and he thrives on them, that's all there is to it, IMO.
I agree Blizzie,

I like their friendship TBH, one of the only genuine ones in there, yes, their personalities clash but I do think they absolutely adore each other, also, Josie is really the only one who can handle JJ properly...

To be honest, I don't think any of this has been game playing. It just seems like a clash of personalities, to me.
They both know very well how BB works...and this on off showmance makes the producers salivate, while boring the pants off most of us. I will go as far as to say that Josie and JJ are allies...not sure about friends or anything else, but if I'm eventually proved wrong, then I will apologise for my cynicism about the whole 'crab-eyegate' thing...can't say fairer than that, but until then they're both fair game

Simple answer really....Mum(josie) has gathered up all sons (JJ's) toys and dummies which he threw from the pram....Son(JJ) was threatening to leave home(BB house) and played on mums emotions,as all spoilt petulant toddlers do....Mum succumbed ,as us mums often do when the kids are being unreasonable and going to desperate measures to get what they want ,soooooo son is safely back in mums ample bosom....Mum appears to be the only disciplinarian this boy listens to so if I were mum I'd be removing his toys, putting his dummy in the bin and firmly securing him to the naughty step.

One of my sons did that, when he was about six.
He actually packed a suitcase and was going to go and live with one of his teaching assistants! And all because there wasn't a strawberry fromage frais left!

I was just dead impressed that he had packed his homework books.

Aww Blizzie....My middle son was leaving home too at one stage,he'd packed a little backpack and we found him in the garden trying to open his dads toolbox ,we asked what he was doing,he replied he needed a screw driver to disassemble the football nets....Cue a loud scream from the dining room and eldest running out to declare you can't take them both one is mine.

No excuse!1 I am calling MUMCOM!1!..

To stay on topic I thought it was very interesting last night that JJ mentioned that 'he didnt fancy Keeley, and that Josie should know that'...it does show that from where JJ is sitting there is more to this relationship than just 'friendship'...and Josie has mentioned 'his new Sheila' about a million times..

I left home once when I was 3, I actually remember thinking that they'd be sorry when they found me dead. ( I was very spoilt ) and got as far as the house next door. My mum had been watching me from the balcony and shouted tea was ready.

Awww!

Actually, I left home at about the age of four, after my mum laughed when she found me sitting at the piano singing Where is Love, from Oliver, after some disagreement!

I just rode my squeaky tricycle up and down the road outside our house, a few times.
Nobody came out to stop me, so I went back in!

i was just going to post about when i left home and left a note ,in pencil, that i was going and she'd be sorry when  they found me dead.

then i took a peppermint aero and  the cheese and my he-,man water  bottle and headed out of the door. think i was about 6. phyllis, the old lady from up the road asked me where i was going,i said i didn't know, so she walked with me up to the shop  and i forgot i was meant to be leaving , so when she'd bought her stuff we both walked back home.

We moved house once and my mother and dad never told my sister....
That happened to Mr L....In fairness though it was during the height of the troubles here, his family lived in an area where folk from both religions resided but at that time Catholics were forced to flee and their homes were burnt....Families sought refuge anywhere and they found it in a notorious part of town where there were empty dwellings...He was the eldest 16 and returned from spending a few days at a friends to find his family gone from the new place

We lived in married quarters in Portsmouth, my son was about 7 when he said he was leaving home, he packed his clothes in Carrier bags, when he got to the back door I feignd tears and said to him, when you grow up  will you come and find me as I would like to see if you have grown into a nice young man, he dropped his bags ran back to me and gave me a big hug,  ( It took about another 15 years to get rid of him)
