I sometimes get a few nights where I can't sleep and then I'm okay for ages.

Why are you still up, Velvet - are you a bit of a night owl?

Don't you people have a curfew?

Does your mother know you're online?

Btw....I thought I'd warn you, that even though the performance is WAAAY better, there might still be the occasional issue. We're still working on it. They keep tweaking it and scratching their heads and tweaking some more.....

Nope, no curfew for me.

My mum doesn't know how to switch on a computer so she'll never know I'm here - unless somebody tells her.

I know you still have some tweaking to do, but we do appreciate that you are working on it.

See if a search on Google will help. I don't know which Windows you are using or which version of IE so this Google search may need to be refined.

Cologne, I'm not sure if you are still without toolbars in IE. It may be that you are in Full screen mode in which case try pressing F11 to see if the toolbars come back.

If this doesn't work, then it may be that your registry has become corrupted. Although the above link does show various results which go into detail, amending registry settings can be risky unless you know what you are doing, so in that case it would be better to get a pc technician to check it over and correct it. I'm hoping though that you will find that pressing F11 works - I had a similar problem years ago and that worked for me.
