That song is about death
It's a Lesson to Late for the Learning.
Believe it or not that was the song the band played when we were 'going away' at our Wedding Reception nearly 25 yrs ago.
It's the funniest part of our Wedding Video.

We did the music for our wedding, although we recorded cassettes back in those days. We had a nice medley of heavy metal, with just one concession to romance - Wedding Song by Bob Dylan. That was followed immediately by Flesh and Blood by Ted Nugent It was by far the best wedding I've ever been to, and even the people who didn't like the same music as us agreed that it was much better than the usual wedding disco with bloody Hi Ho Silver Lining type crap
Our wedding song was 'You're The Best Thing' by The Style Council...lovely *sigh*....and it still applies
Nothing to do with the wedding but reading these reminded me of a song i got played on the radio for my cousin on her 1st wedding anniversary....she was a 'country' girl, so i requested 'Satisfied Woman' for her. Unfortunately she arrived on my doorstep in tears just 3 minutes before it was played in tears... she's left him!!
When the song started on the radio everyone stopped.. she had a hankie at her nose... and we all burst out laughing!
Not that your wedding wil end that way!!! Sorry!! Just talking about songs reminded me of it

There's also a duet by Ronan Keating and someone else ive heard at a wedding but i cant remember the title. Its beautiful, maybe someone will know it.
Ronan Keating did a duet with someone (cant remember now) called " we've got tonight " ... is that the one you mean?

I'm not sure I was actually working the wedding and remember at the time i'd never heard it before and it had such a 'haunting' (if thats the right word) sound. A few of us remarked on what a lovely song it was. made us feel all gooey lol..... it was a few years ago now.
