Roast Lamb dinner...    tis what the rabble wanted!

We're having a pork themed New Years Eve buffet though..

Crackling Pork, Char Sui Pork & slow roasted Belly Pork...    along with lots of nibbles, dips & stuff...

I am more excited about tonights meal than tomorrows (but them I am cooking tomorrows... MrD is in charge of tonights )

I'm on my diet again too....soon Ells.

I figure if you consume say 6000 calories in a day, as you do over Christmas  thats not the same as consuming them over a month right? It'll all go through your system quick.. How could it possibly turn to fat.

This is my theory and I'm sticking to it

welllllllllllllllll..............

last year, we were that hungover, I needed to eat to soak up all the booze....sooooooooo

we had a full English at the hotel we had stayed in, then we went to a pub for lunch (fish and chips) the hangover was still in full swing, we then went to go to the pub for round two, but it was shut, so we came home, suffered on the sofa for a while and then ate chinese chicken curry

This year, however, will be different as we are NOT going out we are both working tonight, and we have the little Gypsie to think of, so we are having vodka, wine, and party food tonight!

You're right I've just got it out of the freezer. It's turkey, duck, goose and chicken ... plus stuffing (and loads of added water and other ingredients which I choose to ignore!)
