ok...   I will type it up!

Its not hard to make at all..   but it is time consuming..   cutting the beef into very very very thin shreds takes ages..    It is however a really useful way of using raggy beef..   steak or beef joints that have loads of lines of fat running through it.   I have even used braising and stewing beef to do it.    As you basically deep fry the living daylights out of it..   til it is basically beef charcoal strips  tenderness of meat is not an issue!
