Pump.
When I was at school, we were only allowed to wear them indoors, and for p.e.We kept them in our pump bag which we all made during the sewing lesson.
Hated the bliddy things.

Daps or plimsolls that's what we call them.
Hooray!! I was just reading through this and thinking I was a freak as no one else called them daps, and then Jenny and Sheepy cheer me up right at the end!! Thanks girls!!
Did you have a dap bag too?
Yep, I don't think I made it myself, think my mum made it.
It's probably a geographical thing cos there's you from Wiltshire, Sheep from Wales, droopydrawers in Bristol, and me just outside Bristol.
I have just realised that PUMP sounds like someone has broken wind
i dont think it does
