Cheeky barstewards, shame you did not get someone in. I take it the company is a large well known business.

Oh yeah! the one beginning with a V. Someone coming back tomorrow to change my modem and router for a new superhub 2. Guy that turned up today....early and I wasn't ready for him (things needed to be moved) says it could be him

To b e honest, I have always found them to be good. They even did my cabling for free

I have the new super hub, it's nice to have more ports and it has lots of flashing lights

I've never had a problem with them or the work they've done for me (up to now).

When the questionaire comes my way as to how they've done........They will be finding out

If you are confident enough, call them and tell them straight that you are not happy and you know others who have had things like this done without charge and you are now considering your options. Tell them they need to be consistent, the more you sound like you are going to leave the more chance there is that you will get something out of them.

It's been a day of celebration

Very good news indeed. A very close family member of mine had similar this year.

Since you ask ...... The taking the elder segment of generation four for a pitch and put afternoon was rained off and the wet weather programme consisted of Canasta and Mah-Jong. Today we booked a Laserquest based trip to Manchester on their behalf. I also booked a week in Whitby for our Oxford friends and ourselves, and a selfish trip to the fatherland to watch Hannover sixty-nine play Berlin.

Managed to get a round of pitch and put before the heavens opened. The twelve year old made a hole in one, the first one for any of us in three years of attending. Obviously he was unable to buy everyone a drink. Later cards and Mah-Jong, then after I picked the youngest from nursery we taught him "Black Peter" and even managed s discussion on whether that was racist. We decided that it wasn't.

I'd never heard of it Joe so did a little google.  I agree with your conclusions, but flippin heck it's a bit of a scary tale for little ones, being carted off in a sack of hungry rats

*whispers I wish I'd known the story when Master C was little*

We just had the balloon fairy, who came and liberated any balloons acquired from birthday parties during the night while he was sleeping.
