Had a magic day today, rattling about in the garden, put in some more lavender and bay , did a bit of written work that needed done, wandered down the hill to the beach and grinned like an eejit most of the day for no particular reason other than being totally content  

Had brekkie and off to Glenturet tour

Back later for Gym(treadmill only) ,swim and facial

Diner later  then the guys are off to watch Footie, I will have cocktails

Picked redcurrants, bloody thousands of the things. Destalked them, washed them ... then froze them, coz I can't think what to do with them

well, I did make a jus, which we had with raspberries and pistachio ice cream, but it's what to do with the rest of them?

I don't think I should have done the treadmill then drank booze later this afternoon. The others are in the bar watching the footie and I am going to try and watch BB (if I don't fall asleep).

Worked... melted in the heat.. went for lunch for my Dad's 87th birthday (air conditioned restaurant..bliss) back to work.. melted a bit more.. came home and just had a gorgeous tepid shower...
