did an Aldi shop
home and unpacked
now off to self store to empty and bring home the rest of my excess stored furniture to store in new workshop/garage until we have finished inside and that wont be yet a while as we havnt started yet
will need to shower and change again then
F+C supper to be collected by Son enroute tonight when he deposits GrandDog Dolly for us to mind for the week

An exciting day but the highlight was being thrown out of a shop in a nearby town.
My SIL expressed an interest in seeing Breaking Bad so whilst m'wife was looking for Laura Ashley clothing in Oxfam I popped into a pawn shop to look for DVDs.
No dice, but a lad actually walked in with a complete set and asked how much they were giving. I observed from a distance, heard the offer, and shouted up a superior price. If the little shit walking the floor had pleasantly said, "can you do business outside?" I would have been happy, but he stood toe to toe in a threatening manner, and forced me out. Unfortunately he didn't accompany us out onto the street.
However the seller and I struck our deal outside. I later priced them up in another shop and calculated I had saved ÂĢ40!
Result!

It just shows what a mark up they have. I should say that I priced them up in another pawn shop. Obviously they cost even more in HMV! (Other shops are available)
