I have nothing but contempt for him. His behaviour on CBB was beyond the pale for me, odious, odious man

He looked terrible before his new makeover. I never could have believed he could actually look worse but he does. And Erin is right, this new gigantic mouth he's had done has given him a speech impediment. The bloke simply isn't right in the head.

How can anyone think that looks good?

Considering how good looking he used to be, I have to assume something drastic must have happened to him to want to change his looks.

I remember him saying on CBB he used to hide in a closet when he was young because he knew how he wanted to look and it wasn't how he looked. Mental health issues there for a very long time I think. Like Cosi said, it's amazing that anyone can think they look good looking like that.

I had to stop watching it. I couldn't listen to the way he was talking. He has ruined his speech with the 'new' mouth.

God he looks a mess Not only a speech impediment, but the whole tone of his voice is different - has he had surgery near his vocal chords or is he on some kind of hormone treatment?

I've always loved Pete Burns and still do. He cuts through the bullshit and isn't a people pleaser.

Can't quote prom, I'm on IE. I didn't realise he was unhappy with himself when he was young. What a crying shame, I used to think he was gorgeous.

They said on that clip he has a new album coming out. I hope he recorded it before getting the job done 

I don't understand how there can be surgeon out there who would do that to a person. They certainly can't have the ethics required of a doctor. Call me old fashioned.

Dunno about gorgeous col  but he looked really good when he was in Dead Or Alive. I was shocked when I saw him on CBB, couldn't believe it was the same person.

But what I don't 'get' is the fact his first face op went disasterously wrong - which he admits - and yet he still looks nearer to the 'mistake' than the old Pete Burns.
In no way is this latest 'look' an improvement.

Well, you say that, but I think the same thing when I see women with lip jobs it looks disgusting to me, completely unnatural but no doubt they look in the mirror and think yeah I'm happy with that

You can see from the pics col posted he was definitely a good-looking bloke (even as a bloke I can see that). Utterly bizarre that he decided to wreck himself in that way. It must be horrible to be so obsessed with how you look all the time. There's a very unhappy man beneath that confident facade imo.

Cosi, I think the one on the right isn't him, the photos come together for some reason, but he is the one on the left. I'll get another one. These are going back to the 80s when he was just playing music and being obnoxious.

I'd say he was the exact opposite.

I don't understand how people can do that to themselves. I remember seeing the woman in that clip before, and thinking that she looked way better before she started tampering with herself.  I agree with the comment earlier that women with huge pumped up lips look really revolting, and I really don't think the vast majority of plastic surgery is an improvement.
