I'm not a drinker - much, the odd pint once a month, but this just looks mad to me.
Building up trouble for the future if they are not careful.
Scary isn't it EC? I'm glad I'm not the parent of a teenager. Or the 42 yr old that's there with her daughter....

It certainly is Kaffy. Just looking at a girl who could have spinal injuries.
Would seem sensible youngsters got to Kavos, get boozed up and go mad. I'm surprised we don't hear of more fatalities or injuries in the news.

yeah.. I've started watching it properly now. Poor girl - imagine how scared she is.
That rep guy seemed very mature for an 18 year old I thought.

He did seem to care for the girls welfare. I hope it's not just cos she is on TV.
Can't watch it, it'd give me the raving hump.

jellus?
I made my daughter watch this last week as her and her mates are planning on going away *her first abroad alone* this summer, the booze cruise last week was and i'm no prude, lil Aims can't swim either, isn't much of a drinker and prefers a footy pitch to a dance floor, she hasn't been back to book it as far as I know, I want her to have a good time and I would have done the same at her age given the chance but god does it worry me sick
She's off to The Gambia again in a fortnight and that's sending me grey early, she's trying to kill me I know it
Aw Aims.. I think I'd prefer lil Aims in the Gambia than this place! You know she's sensible though. I didn't see last week's it just came on after BB and I started watching.

I hope not - he did seem to handle it well though, kept her calm etc.

That must be it

She sounds independent enough NOT to follow the herd, Aimee

I think she was OK as they did not brace her neck and when she was in the ambulance she moved her head without apparent pain.

Oh! In that case, yes, but not for much longer
18 degs versus 2 degs? No contest (although I think it's a bit rainy)

I thought it was a bit strange that they said she might have fractured her back then they sent her for an xray without immobilising her. Don't they watch Casualty?

she wouldn't do a booze cruise I really don't think it's her but I will wait and see what she decides, she's 19 this year so it's her choice

She was ok there last time so I do feel a bit better about her going this time, this place looks

from what I've seen of Aimee, I don't think you've got a lot to worry about. Not that that'll stop you of course. you can be like that 42 year old on tonight's show and go with her and pretend you're her mate! (you'd get away with it too you jammy thing)
That poor girl. Hope her back is ok!
You would have thought that they would have immobilised her back straight away. pretty sure that they would have done over here!

Sounds like her back will be ok following a period of rest and a brace.

See..... you watch Casualty too!
Ross is an idiot. Complete and utter idiot.

i wish i'm 39 this week she is a good girl and I hope she makes the right choices

It was the fugly bloke who was looking to 'shag all week like a top bloke does' that make me laugh. He'll be glad the girls are all wearing beer goggles. As I say - thank the lord I'm an old fogie.

Me too. He was no looker.

See..... you watch Casualty too!
I've watched it occasionally, but have also had some medical training and a mother who was a nurse, so I guess some knowledge has stayed with me!

ER, Casualty and Grey's Anatomy account for all my first aid knowledge. I thought it was standard though that you immobilised potential spinal injuries. Just shows what we know.
Jeez, I can't watch this...

Probably different in different countries! I would rather the British approach than the Greek one if I had a spinal injury!
