 That took some time. 

Well, I kept forgetting to defrost it, then I needed to find some time to get to the shops and buy some spuds!

I bet it must be close to permafrost by now. 

I have to say that the spud on the far right facing the blob of butter looks like it has a face. A white eye with black pupil and a small cheeky grin of a mouth to one side. It reminds me of Nemo, from finding Nemo.

I noticed the face too, but as I have not seen Finding Nemo, I did not make that connection!

Update:-

The Jersey Royals were quite nice - but not as good as Ayrshires. IMO, of course.

They're usually a bit cleaner then this by the time they are being marketed.

Just the jerseys and peas for me please EFFT
