I think Karma is a thoughtful soul who believes what goes around comes around but is hopelessly confused hence the constant avatar changes. She's also a bit mad, which is fair enough.

I imagine brisket to be a refined elderly gentlemen who charms everyone he meets and probably has tons of friends through being genuinely nice.

I'd say MrMince (Meaty) is a bit of a lad who likes a drink and footy and a bit of fun with the ladies (wahay). We've had her ups and downs but he's a top lad imo.
