But I'm thinking of changing it, so I'm looking for ideas..!
It's my favourite room in the house and is cosy, so I don't want a cold tone, whatever colour I paint it has to feel warm & welcoming

Fully tiled, white Italian tiles.Accent colours are baby blue and brown .
Black and white tiles and pine fittings. But then I only have a shower not a bath. If there was a bath I'd want a warm colour too
Which one?
The en-suites neutral.
Like the Swiss.

Wotcher Velvet Yes I'm quite enjoying this BB. Yourself?
Hope you're keeping well.
Sweet. I have only this afternoon been to B&Q and looked at some tiles that I want. We are going to give the bathroom a makeover. Have a walk in shower and new cupboards etc. I want the tiles to be black, with white marbling through them, a silver border of thin tiles around the middle of the tiling, and all that will be floor to ceiling, and the accesories to be black/white/silver. It is still in the planning stages at the moment.
go with whatever colour toilet roll you buy
subconciously, you probably buy the same colour without a 2nd thought
but if you buy the cheapest
go with a sort of faeces colour
hope that helps
I use lab puppies.
And they're not cheap.
Also a bastard to flush.

How's it gawn?
Upstairs is all tiled, beiges and browns, with a white suite and walnut cabinets. Very boring really. Downstairs (half bathroom) is painted and tiled white and has bright daisies all over it. It never smells in there due to all of the flowers

Good!
You've just made my day
atm mine is aqua and white mosaic tiles round the shower, wooden boards round the walls and white bathroom suite.
I'm gonna take the tiles and boards down and I want black tiles on the floor and white embankment tiles on the walls with a black border
Mine is in the process of being done aswell. I've bought beige floor tiles and cream and beige mosaic for round the bath and sink and then the walls will be painted in whatever colour the OH and I can agree on whilst in the shop without killing each other.
The tiles have already been changed twice and I think he will kill me if I say I want anything different now.

I meant to bold the 'floor to ceiling mirrors' bit. Seeing my reflection while looking in the mirror would put me off......not your fittings

I got what you meant, Ells
But just to clarify, the loos are not facing the mirrors...!

I don't understand why bars and clubs now have full length mirrors on the inside of the loo door. There's nowhere to hide from the things and I really don't want to see how I look while having a wee after way too many vodkas.
Why give them a mirror so they can titivate themselves when people are waiting crossed legged outside?

Don't even get me started on the sight of trying to do hook and eye's on an all-in-one tummy sucker which buttons at the gusset << that smiley doesn't even begin to express my feelings on that.
