I take a flounce of haricot beans, introduce them to a pool of tomatoes which have been coerced into a thick liquid. While this mixture is being harassed by a modest heat I prepare a foundation of fused flour and water.

Finally they are brought together with the addition of a hens egg which has been annoyed in a frying pan.
