That is the problem I have too. I have a quite spacious 2 bed flat (top floor) and trying to get something slightly bigger and there just is not anything for sensible money. Even similar properties to mine are a lot more expensive than I would be prepared to pay when I can stay put and save cash!

A frustration, but the hunt will go on

Thanks EC, you too.  Thing is.. I love my flat... it's just that i have two flights of stairs to my front door, and flight inside before I get to the living area.   OK, till you're carrying loads of shopping, or a basket of washing en route to the drying green - and I so long to be able to open the door and step into the garden again.     I could live with that for a while longer, but there's tons of artex I loathe and a few other bits and pieces I want to change and I've got to the stage where I think I should stop spending money on it and just move.   There are a few flats the same locally, one that would be ideal just up the road that's been empty since it was bought over a  year ago (a bit run down)  and workmen have just starting working on it now.. I'm hoping it's going to end up on the market.

I'm looking forward to seeing Priscilla at the theatre on Feb 14th, a romantic night out for Mr Cinds and I and 12 of our closest friends. Also several bookings to see Cats at the theatre.

But hugely, looking forward to our villa break, just Mr Cinds and I plus a pool and lots of naked swimming. Cooking, relaxing and reading.
