When you first posted it a few years ago I did try and hunt down a copy and yes you have to pay silly money to get one, that's when a copy is available.
Fortunately I found a copy on a *ahem* torrent site.
I don't make a habit of finding music this way, but when it's not available one sometimes breaks the rules.
