This is the kind of music and video where you hear people say "it blew my mind".
I think it is jolly good, especially the break at 1:25.
This artist made such an impact on me I bought all his albumsâĶ he even emailed thanks.
A side, Ghost Town
B side, Why?
Friday Night Saturday morning
The best single ever!
Hmmm not sure about that. I bought it as a 12" and it certainly represented outstanding VFM.
This video has had over 750,000 views... it was brought to the attention of Pharrell... and the girl that posted it (Levanna McLean) got to perform as one of his dancers at the Brit awards last week.

Stuck in the middle of the Yankees and the Russians
Better get moving guns are getting loaded
Fast to the border where the tanks are a rolling
There's a nation in fear another nation crying
One nation killing and another nation dying
Talk about guns and escalation bye bye planet let alone a nation

On first hearing I like that. I think her being Danish adds a nice sound to the way she pronounces certain words. So much better than most of the mainstream female artists.
Will have to check out her album now. Good post El.
With the 17th approaching i'm listening ti this! lol
WARNING 'A LITTLE BIT' SWEARY
Wow....
Is that a good or a bad WoW Jen ?
Especially for Jen after I scared the life out of her with my last contribution.
Hopefully this is more up your street Jen.
I bought the album on the strength of this track.
Love, love, love Goldfrapp.
This tune always makes me think of Bond and the late great John Barry, especially the chorus.
Hands up if you know Kruder & Dorfmeister.
Try out this jazz-tastic tune.
Excellent. That's the beauty of this thread, sometimes you get to find new music you like. I remember Velvet posting a song I have gone on to like.
No nightmare tonight then
Yes, I would have expected a visit by now.
